Your Role: Diverse and Customer-Focused

- Independent handling of incoming calls and tickets
- Recording and documenting customer inquiries/issues
- Autonomous error diagnosis and analysis
- Systematic, customer-oriented support via phone and email
- Precise problem definition for effective forwarding to our development team
- Proactive communication with customers about the status of their inquiries
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and processes

What We Expect From You:

- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- Good PC skills and technical understanding
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and initiative
- Good English skills are a plus
- Driver's license for occasional on-site customer visits
