Customer Support for Software Products: A Key Aspect of Our Customer Service
At the heart of our customer support is the assistance and advice provided to our clients in installing, configuring, and using our software products. This service is delivered through various channels such as phone, email, and an efficient ticketing system.
Your Role: Diverse and Customer-Focused
- Independent handling of incoming calls and tickets
- Recording and documenting customer inquiries/issues
- Autonomous error diagnosis and analysis
- Systematic, customer-oriented support via phone and email
- Precise problem definition for effective forwarding to our development team
- Proactive communication with customers about the status of their inquiries
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and processes
What We Expect From You:
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- Good PC skills and technical understanding
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and initiative
- Good English skills are a plus
- Driver's license for occasional on-site customer visits
